Personalities of employees and teammates are way different from each other. A workplace is usually affected by unique personalities of coworkers. Being working for an Accountant job in Karachi for past ten years, I have seen severe changes in the workplace environment. What my opinion is that one disgruntled teammate can affect the overall morale of the team.
